Nine years ago, Queenstown brought two people from opposite sides of the world together — one from Brazil, one from Korea and over time, that connection grew into both a family and a shared dream.
After spending seven years working as a travel agent in Brazil, I made the decision to move to New Zealand to study English, build a new life, and create opportunities for our future. Queenstown quickly became home. Over the years, I worked across five of the region’s well-known restaurants, gaining a deep appreciation for local hospitality, people, and the visitor experience that makes this part of the world so special.
Tourism was always something I felt connected to. Helping people discover new places, creating memorable experiences, and sharing local knowledge has always felt meaningful to me. Over the last three and a half years, while working as an Uber and taxi driver, I had the opportunity to meet travellers from all over the world every day, hearing their stories, showing them around the region, and learning what visitors truly value when they come to Queenstown.
That experience inspired the next step in our journey.
Today, as a family-run business, we’re proud to combine our multicultural backgrounds, local knowledge, and passion for genuine hospitality to create a more personal experience for visitors. We understand what it means to arrive somewhere new, to explore unfamiliar places, and to want experiences that feel authentic, welcoming, and memorable.
